The catch is in the wagering terms. Unibet has historically applied higher wagering requirements than competitors. Under the UKGC's 2026 rules, the maximum wagering requirement is 10x, which applies to the bonus funds. Mobile Experience

Unibet's mobile app is available on iOS and Android, and it's one of the better combined (sports + casino) apps we've tested. The casino section gets its own dedicated tab in the navigation, and the game browsing experience on mobile is clean and responsive.

There's no phone support.

When we got through to live chat, the agents were helpful and accurate. But the wait times were longer than at top-rated competitors, averaging 4-5 minutes during our tests. One test at 10pm on a Saturday had us waiting over 8 minutes, which is too long.

The help centre is extensive and well-organised. Unibet has invested in self-service, which works for common questions but falls short when you need human help urgently.

The chatbot that fronts the live chat is hit-or-miss. For simple queries like "what are the bonus wagering requirements," it can pull up the right article.
